Terms & Conditions for School Orders

• We provide products with personalised printed designs
• Prices are individual to each product and payment is due before personalised printing commences
• Processing & Delivery take approx 14 days from payment and may take longer at particularly busy times nearer to Christmas
• If payment is not received in full, the items will not be printed
• You do not have the right to cancel personalised printed products, however if you contact us before printing has started we may be able to cancel and refund the order.
• This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England
• Rudolph Cards is a trading name of Doodlecats Limited 

Returns and Refunds Policy

• We only offer a refund for personalised items if the items are faulty - Faulty items may be required to be returned, however this will be at the expense of Rudolph Cards
